Synopsis

September 11, 2001 was suppose to be a day like any other but it wasn't.

Produced as part of the Independent Filmmakers Cooperative of Ottawa's 2002 Dogme Challenge with 100 feet of 16 mm black and white film, one light meter and one Bolex camera and only 24 hours to shoot, 10:33 is the director's attempt to understand what happened on September 11th.
