Missing

Every year, hundreds if not thousands of them go missing. Go missing without notice or concern. Their absence is an afterthought. They litter our streets and our sidewalks. They lay buried in snow banks and slush puddles.

They are mittens and gloves.

Using photos of mittens and gloves found across Canada, the photo series illustrates that like the mitts and gloves, people lose a part of themselves every day and don't notice. A part that, in effect, goes missing.
